Steam Donkey Engine Steam-Up, Powerhouse Demo, & San Joaquin Valley Fly Wheelers

We are excited to have back again with us this year, San Joaquin Valley Antique Flywheelers, EDGETA Branch 63 from Clovis, CA (Early Day Gas Engine and Tractor Association) They have become a regular part of our Annual Ice Cream Social Day, and we are excited to have them once again be part of this fun-filled day.

They will be bringing with them several of their displays, fun for all ages.

At 10:00 AM the Sierra Steamers will offer a free “Steam-Up” demonstration of our 1905 Dolbeer Steam Donkey.

At 12:00 PM our volunteers will give a live demonstration in our Redinger Powerhouse, the only fully functioning demonstration powerhouse in the world on museum property that can generate electricity!
